Less than a year ago when they came out to install new locks they tried to charge more than quoted, today I called because I cannot use my back door lock as it is loose and won’t open. I called them to repair and they want to charge me. I have been in my building for 6 years with no issues so it makes no sense in them not to keep there word on the warranty when I have never have had this issue before.

Lowes in Bradenton near Desoto Junction. Super easy kiosk that took 5 minutes tops. Highly recommend this option. Could only do 1 of the 2 keys but I still recommend it. It was easier than hunting down someone to make the key

I needed to have the key deburred before it would work. I thought it was buy one key, get the second free. Twice the price I paid to have 2 keys made by the key person at Lowe's.

Needed emergency spare key at closing I got a quick copy and a spare. Very affordable

It did a great job. My complaint is in the basic key. The top of the key is cut differently and does not move through the key ring easily. They should change that design and use a plain hole at the top.
